Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Chandigarh. The Front Desk Receptionist will manage day-to-day activities such as greeting and assisting visitors, handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative and clerical support. The role also requires managing customer inquiries, coordinating office operations, and ensuring a positive and professional environment for all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Strong Phone Etiquette and excellent Receptionist Duties experience
• Proficient in Clerical Skills such as record-keeping, scheduling, and data entry
• Effective Communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
• Exceptional Customer Service skills with a focus on professionalism and responsiveness
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment located in Chandigarh
• Proficiency in office software and technology, including email and scheduling tools
• Previous experience in a front-facing customer service or administrative role is an asset
