Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chandigarh, India, for a Business Development Manager. The individual will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies, identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, responsibilities include market research, analyzing industry trends, creating business proposals, and meeting sales targets. Collaboration with the marketing and operations teams to align strategies is essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability in business strategy planning and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and management.
  • Experience in sales and client acquisition within the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively while handling multiple responsibilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
