Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Front Desk Executive. This onsite role in Surat is ideal for candidates with some exposure to Administration Support and Reception Handling. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and employees professionally.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence; redirect inquiries to appropriate departments.
  • Maintain visitor logs, issue passes, and ensure compliance with security protocols.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Provide administrative support to HR and operations teams as required.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable always.

Requirements

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven 2-3 Years experience as a receptionist, front desk executive, or similar role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
  • Experience in handling confidential information with discretion.

Person Specifications:
  • Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree or diploma in administration/management (preferred).
  • Professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks.
