Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Executive based in Ahmedabad. The Front Desk Executive will manage daily receptionist duties, ensure efficient communication with clients and visitors, provide excellent customer service, and handle incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism. Additionally, responsibilities include maintaining the front desk area and supporting administrative tasks to contribute to smooth office operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service mindset to engage effectively with clients and visitors
  • Polished Phone Etiquette and professionalism for handling calls
  • Proficient in Communication and Receptionist Duties, including managing front desk operations
  • Organizational and time-management skills to support administrative tasks
  • Ability to maintain a welcoming and professional office environment
  • Proficiency in basic computer tools (MS Office) is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is advantageous
