Fresher - Marketing executive

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline)
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis
• Help manage social media platforms and content creation
• Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, or roadshows
• Assist with email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, and customer engagement activities
• Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign materials
• Maintain records of campaign performance and prepare basic reports
• Support the marketing team with day-to-day administrative tasks

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and tools
• Creativity and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a team and take initiative
• Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
