Position Overview:

TexGex is seeking a motivated and experienced Freight Broker to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for managing freight operations, coordinating shipments, negotiating rates with carriers, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and logistics partners.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple shipments efficiently while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Negotiate freight rates with carriers and customers to secure competitive pricing
• Coordinate and manage shipments from pickup to delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients
• Manage dispatch operations and ensure smooth shipment execution
• Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers
• Resolve transportation issues and ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate shipment records and documentation

Compensation:

Compensation will be based on experience and will be discussed during the interview process.

• Experienced Candidates: 1,20,000 1,50,000 per month
• Mid-Level Candidates: Around 35,000 per month

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Freight Brokerage or Logistics Operations
• Strong knowledge of brokerage practices, dispatching, and transportation coordination
• Excellent customer service and account management skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency with freight management software and Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Prior experience in logistics or transportation is preferred
