Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Freight Broker, located in Noida. The Freight Broker will be responsible for managing the brokerage and logistics of freight, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with carriers, negotiating rates, tracking shipments, and maintaining customer service. The role also involves managing accounts and handling client inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Freight Brokerage and Brokerage skills
• Customer Service and Dispatching skills
• Experience in core sales and logistics sales.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Relevant experience in logistics and transportation is a plus
• Good communication is must
• knowledge on FTL, LTL, and brokerage.
• Good experience in Team Handling.
