We are looking for an individual with proven experience in sourcing top talent, particularly for International Voice Profiles, and a strong understanding of social media sourcing strategies. This role is crucial for managing bulk hiring processes and ensuring high-quality candidate acquisition for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Proactively source top talent through various channels, with a strong emphasis on social media sourcing.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings and thoroughly shortlist candidates based on their resumes and cover letters, ensuring alignment with job requirements.
• Bulk Hiring Management: Effectively manage bulk hiring processes for multiple positions simultaneously, maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
• Communication & Negotiation: Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, demonstrating excellent communication skills, including the ability to effectively negotiate salary packages.

Required Profile:

• Experience: 1-5 years of experience in freelance recruitment or a related HR field.
• Domain Expertise: Proven experience in hiring for International Voice Profiles is essential.
• Sourcing Knowledge: Must possess strong knowledge and practical experience in Social Media Sourcing.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong negotiation abilities.
