Job Description

Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment and hiring process by managing the scheduling of interviews and communicating interview details with candidates.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview teams for qualified candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth and timely hiring processes.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience through clear and prompt communication.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (UG); Postgraduate preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with candidates and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate candidates and improve hiring processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
