About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Freelance US IT Recruiter who has a proven track record of successful placements in the US IT market. This is a freelancing opportunity, not a full-time role. You can work independently and at your own schedule.
Recruiters will be paid per successful hire, and in some cases, incentives may also be offered for quality submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and submit qualified US IT candidates for contract and full-time roles
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing screening submission interview coordination offer joiner
- Use platforms like LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, Indeed, and personal databases
- Ensure proper documentation such as RTR, resume, work authorization, etc.
- Coordinate with candidates and maintain regular follow-ups
- Deliver quality submissions that convert into interviews and hires
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience as a US IT Recruiter
- Proven successful placements (hires) in the US market
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099)
- Hands-on experience with US clients and vendors
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Own sourcing tools and databases preferred
Compensation
- Per-hire payout (fixed amount per successful hire)
- Additional incentives may be offered for multiple hires or critical roles
- No fixed salary — performance-based earnings only
