About The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced US Recruiter with a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture to join our dynamic recruitment team. This role is pivotal in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent for our US-based clients within the civil engineering and architectural domains. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of industry-specific roles, skills, and terminologies, along with excellent sourcing and communication skills. Working remotely from India, the successful candidate will operate during night shifts aligned with US time zones, ensuring seamless coordination with our US clients and candidates. Qualifications

The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. Proven experience in US recruitment, particularly for engineering or architectural roles, is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a strong understanding of civil engineering and architectural job roles, skills, and industry-specific terminology. Excellent sourcing skills utilizing job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels are required. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills are vital to effectively engage with candidates and clients. The ability to work night shifts in alignment with US business hours, along with being detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated, are key attributes for success in this role.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities include sourcing and shortlisting qualified candidates for US clients in the civil engineering and architecture sectors. The recruiter will coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
