Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new franchise opportunities, managing the entire sales process, and supporting franchisees to ensure successful business operations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, generating leads, developing business plans, and effective communication with prospective and current franchisees.

  • Franchise Sales and Franchising skills
  • Business Planning and Lead Generation skills
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
  • Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
