Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager, based in New Delhi. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for identifying and contacting potential franchisees, generating leads, and building relationships. The role includes organizing and executing franchise sales strategies, crafting effective business plans to meet sales goals, and negotiating franchise agreements. The manager will also oversee the entire franchise sales process, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and providing ongoing support to franchise partners.

Qualifications
  • Proven expertise in Franchise Sales and Franchising, with the ability to develop and manage franchise networks
  • Strong Business Planning skills to create and implement effective strategies for franchise development and expansion
  • Experience in Lead Generation and nurturing potential franchisee opportunities
  • Excellent Communication skills to build relationships and effectively present opportunities to potential franchisees
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience in the food and beverage or hospitality industry is a plus
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills are highly desirable
