Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Franchise Development Manager Franchise Sales. The role entails driving franchise sales to successfully onboard new franchise partners. Responsibilities include identifying prospects, managing lead generation, developing and implementing business plans for franchise expansion, and providing training and support to franchisees. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with clients and contributing to the strategic growth of the franchise network.

- Experience in Business Planning and developing franchise expansion strategies
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and building a pipeline of potential franchisees
- Ability to provide effective Training to franchise partners
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Proven experience in a similar role with a focus on franchise network growth
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
