Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager based in Gurugram. The Franchise Sales Manager will drive business growth by identifying and recruiting potential franchisees. Responsibilities include lead generation, strategizing business plans, negotiating franchise agreements, and maintaining strong communication with partners. Qualifications
- Proven experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising to identify, engage, and onboard potential franchisees
- Strong Business Planning and Lead Generation expertise to develop strategies and achieve growth targets
- Excellent Communication skills to build relationships with franchise partners and effectively manage negotiations
- Demonstrated ability to manage and support franchise operations
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in franchise development or sales roles highly advantageous
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills
