Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager/Executive located in Gurugram, India. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting franchise partners, developing business plans, generating leads, and closing franchise agreements. Responsibilities also include maintaining strong communication with potential and existing franchisees, conducting market analysis, and ensuring the successful onboarding of new partners.
Qualifications
- Experience in Franchise Sales and understanding of Franchising principles
- Proficiency in Business Planning and ability to develop strategies to grow franchise networks
- Strong Communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with franchise partners
- Lead Generation skills to identify and engage potential franchisees
- Knowledge of the local market and franchise operations is a plus
- Exceptional negotiation and networking abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in franchise sales or business development is preferred but not mandatory
