Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Franchise Sales Manager based in Noida. The Franchise Sales Manager will be responsible for driving franchise sales and managing the end-to-end franchise acquisition process. Key tasks include business planning, identifying and qualifying potential franchisees, lead generation, and maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. The role requires consistent outreach, presentations, and negotiation to expand the company's franchise network.
Qualifications
- Experience in Franchise Sales and Franchising processes, with the ability to manage franchise acquisition effectively.
- Strong skills in Business Planning and strategizing to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation and generating opportunities through networking and other prospecting methods.
- Excellent Communication skills to establish positive relationships with franchisees and present business proposals clearly.
- Proven ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in the healthcare or retail sector is an added advantage.
