Job Title: Field Sales Manager

Location: Surat

CTC: Up to 5.0 LPA + Performance Incentives

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales through field activities and market visits
  • Manage and guide a team of sales executives
  • Generate leads through self-sourcing and company-provided data
  • Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets
  • Build strong relationships with customers and partners
  • Monitor team performance and provide training/support

Eligibility / Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any discipline
  • Minimum 2+ years experience in field sales / BFSI / FMCG / Direct Sales
  • Strong leadership and team handling skills
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with field work and target-based role
