Job Title: Field Sales Manager
Location: Surat
CTC: Up to 5.0 LPA + Performance Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales through field activities and market visits
- Manage and guide a team of sales executives
- Generate leads through self-sourcing and company-provided data
- Achieve monthly revenue and sales targets
- Build strong relationships with customers and partners
- Monitor team performance and provide training/support
Eligibility / Qualifications:
- Graduation in any discipline
- Minimum 2+ years experience in field sales / BFSI / FMCG / Direct Sales
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with field work and target-based role
