At Rancho Labs, we're building from zero to one — and we want exceptional people alongside us for the ride. This isn't a coffee-fetching internship. As a Founder's Office Intern, you'll sit in the room where decisions are made, work directly under the founders, and leave fingerprints on nearly every function of the business.
What you'll own
You'll work across five core areas — Strategy, Finance, Go-to-Market, Fundraising, and Product — with real ownership and direct founder access at every step.
A week in your life
- Attend founder strategy sessions and contribute directly to decisions
- Build financial models and scenario analyses from scratch
- Draft and refine investor materials, including pitch decks and data rooms
- Conduct deep-dive market and competitor research with clear so-whats
- Work with the GTM team on early customer acquisition experiments
- Act as connective tissue across product, engineering, and business teams
- Own special projects end-to-end from framing the problem to shipping the output
Who you are
- A generalist who thrives in ambiguity and moves fast without losing rigour
- Intellectually curious you go three levels deeper than the question asked
- Strong written and verbal communicator; can distil complexity into clarity
- Comfortable with numbers — spreadsheets don't scare you
- Someone who has started something, broken something, or shipped something
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any discipline
Stipend: Rs 20-25k per month
