Role Description

As a full-time, on-site Sales Executive, based in our New Delhi office, you will be responsible for generating new client leads and building long-term relationships with customers. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting sales meetings, presenting service offerings, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also emphasizes customer satisfaction, market research, and collaboration with internal teams to enhance service delivery and meet business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability in customer relationship management (CRM), client engagement, and delivering exceptional customer service
  • Understanding of sales strategies, lead generation, and revenue growth initiatives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and understanding industry trends
  • Ability to meet sales targets and handle work-related travel
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field strongly preferred
  • Prior experience in the travel or hospitality industry is a plus
