About the Role:
We're an early-stage edtech startup and speed matters. We need a high-ownership operator who can take pending initiatives from idea to done with founder-level urgency. You'll work with the Founder's Office and coordinate across product, content, design, tech and support. Ownership here means: you don't wait, you drive.
A Founder's Office Intern is basically a CEO's execution arm you help founders move the highest-priority work fast across teams (ops, growth, product, sales, hiring).
Core roles & responsibilities:
1) Execution & Project Ownership
-Take a project end-to-end (plan coordinate execute close).
- Break big goals into weekly/daily tasks and chase deadlines.
- Follow up with teams until output is delivered (no loose ends).
2) Business Operations
-Create + improve SOPs (how work is done) to reduce chaos.
- Track daily ops issues and fix root causes.
- Coordinate vendors, tools, logistics, payments, and internal processes.
3) Cross-team Coordination
- Act as a bridge between founders and teams (marketing, sales, product, support).
- Run check-ins, write clear updates, remove blockers.
- Ensure handoffs between teams happen smoothly.
4) Data, Reports & Decision Support
- Build weekly dashboards (sales, leads, support metrics, course performance).
- Pull insights: what's working, what's broken, what to do next.
- Make structured docs for decisions (options + cost + impact + recommendation).
5) Growth / Sales / Partnerships Support (depends on startup)
- Help improve lead flow + conversion processes.
- Assist in outreach to partners/influencers/institutions.
- Prepare pitch notes, meeting agendas, and follow-up actions.
6) Product & Customer Feedback Loop
- Collect user pain points from support/community.
- Convert feedback into actionable tasks for product/content teams.
- Test features/flows and report bugs + improvements.
7) Hiring & People Ops Support
- Coordinate interviews, assignments, candidate tracking.
- Help onboard interns/team members (access, tasks, expectations).
- Maintain basic HR ops docs and trackers.
8) Founder Support (High-trust work)
- Prepare meeting notes, priorities list, daily briefs.
- Draft emails/messages, manage follow-ups and commitments.
- Handle urgent get it done today tasks.
