Role Description

This is a remote internship position for a Founder Office Intern at ASCEND. The intern will work closely with the founding team, supporting project management, conducting market research, preparing reports, coordinating internal and external stakeholder communications, and assisting in strategic decision-making. The role will require proactive problem-solving, an ability to adapt to dynamic priorities, and a strong sense of ownership over assigned tasks.

Qualifications

  • Strong research, data analysis, and report preparation skills
  • Proficiency in creating presentations and drafting professional communications
  • Organizational, time management, and project coordination capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively in a remote team
  • Familiarity with startups, higher education, or recruitment is a plus
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Communications, or a related field

Mode: Remote

Stipend: Unpaid

This role is designed for individuals who prefer ownership over routine tasks. You will work on live business problems across institutional partnerships, outreach strategy, research, and operational execution.

Support strategic planning and expansion initiatives

Assist in institutional outreach and partnership communication

Conduct structured market and competitive research

Build reports, trackers, and decision-support dashboards

Coordinate across research and HR functions
