Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Founder's Office Executive. The Founder's Office Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating various day-to-day tasks including administrative support, project management, research, and communication. The role also involves liaising with different departments, organizing meetings, preparing reports, and contributing to strategic planning and execution.

Qualifications
  • Administrative skills: Efficient in managing schedules, organizing meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Project Management skills: Able to plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget
  • Research skills: Proficient in conducting thorough research and presenting findings clearly
  • Communication skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders
  • Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Experience in the healthcare or nutrition industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
