FOUNDER'S OFFICE INTERN (Full Time | We Work, Gurgaon, HQ,27)

Who are WE

This is a front-row seat to building a brand from zero, with real ownership, real responsibility, and direct access to the founder from day one.

Soulpop is a pre-launch sensorial wellness brand built around a concept called the micropause, the small, real, sensory reset you take in the middle of a brutal day. We're building the world's first brand around this moment. Our first product is the Scroll Fatigue Kit. Our first market is India. We're small, fast, and building something genuinely new.

Why this role exists:

The founder is simultaneously building a brand, closing corporate partnerships, managing a supply chain across three countries, talking to investors, and running a parallel consultancy. This role exists to make sure nothing falls through the cracks while she does all of that. You are the operational backbone of Soulpop. Every vendor follow-up, every hiring pipeline, every activation logistics question that currently lands on the founder's desk, stops with you.

What you'll own  - three clear buckets:

Bucket 1 - Hiring Coordination

Manage the end-to-end hiring pipeline across Internshala and LinkedIn for all open Soulpop roles. Review every application within 48 hours. Send filter questions. Track responses. Send assignments to shortlisted candidates. Present the founder with top two candidates per role with your written view. Maintain a live hiring tracker updated daily.

Bucket 2 - Vendor Coordination

Single point of contact for all Soulpop operational vendors - manufacturing partner, packaging suppliers, ritual card printer, sampling and fulfilment partners, and any new vendors as they come onboard. Weekly check-in with each active vendor - call or WhatsApp, not email. Flag any delay or quality issue within 24 hours of becoming aware of it. No sitting on bad news. Maintain a live vendor tracker — name, contact, what they supply, current order status, next milestone, payment terms. Updated in real time.

When new vendors come into the picture, coordinate introductory calls, get quotes, compare options, present a recommendation to the founder.

Bucket 3 - Activation Coordination

Own the logistics of every Soulpop Lab activation, pop-up, or brand moment end to end. Once the founder approves a concept, you own everything that happens next. Venue confirmation, logistics, samples, setup, breakdown, photography coordination. Submit a pre-activation checklist to the founder 5 days before every activation. Post-activation one-pager within 48 hours, what happened, how many people engaged, what worked, what didn't, and one recommendation for next time.

You might be right for this if:

You get things done without being asked twice. You find genuine satisfaction in making chaos feel organised. You communicate clearly, follow up without being told to, and treat every vendor and candidate interaction as a reflection of the Soulpop brand.

Specifically we're looking for:

·     Someone 1- 2 years out of college with some internship or work experience in operations, coordination, executive assistance, or marketing.

·     Extremely organised - you live by trackers, checklists, and follow-ups and you can prove it

·     Strong written communication

·     Comfortable with ambiguity - we're pre-launch, things change fast.
