Your Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in building and maintaining media lists and databases
- Support in drafting media materials such as press releases, media pitches, and briefing documents
- Track media coverage and prepare daily/weekly coverage reports
- Conduct research on media trends, journalists, and industry developments
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information for media outreach
- Assist in organizing media interactions, events, and press conferences
- Follow up with journalists for coverage and relationship building
- Support in monitoring competitor and industry media activity
- Help maintain documentation and records of media outreach and responses
What You'll Need (must haves for the role) :
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic understanding of media and PR landscape
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Familiarity with MS Office/Google Workspace
