Salary : upto 1.25 lac monthly
Key Requirements
- Relevant experience in US Holiday Process (UK market experience preferred)
- Prior team handling / team supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of Holiday Products (itinerary creation, costing, vendor coordination, visa basics, etc.)
- Good leadership and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage operations and client escalations
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end US holiday operations
- Support team performance and productivity
- Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
- Assist in revenue achievement and process targets
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in outbound US (and UK preferred) holiday packages
Strong destination knowledge
Excellent communication skills
