Position Overview:

We're looking for a driven and strategic individual to be part of the Founder's Office at HexaHealth. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the founders on critical initiatives, gaining hands-on exposure to strategy, execution, and decision-making while contributing to key business outcomes across operations, growth, and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution: Work closely with the founders to drive high-impact initiatives and support key business decisions.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Own and execute projects across operations, growth, partnerships, and new business verticals.

Insights & Analysis: Leverage market research, competitive intelligence, and internal data to drive actionable business insights.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hospitals, surgeons, and internal teams to build, manage and scale strategic partnerships.

Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify inefficiencies and drive process enhancements through technology, automation, and new initiatives, including AI.
