Job Description
Drive city/region-level marketing strategy to increase store footfall, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Plan and execute localized campaigns & activations including events, in-store promotions, society/corporate tie-ups, and seasonal initiatives.
Ensure strong retail branding & visual merchandising alignment across stores, including signage, displays, layouts, and overall store ambiance.
Collaborate with store operations, category, VM, and central marketing teams to deliver seamless campaign execution and impactful store launches.
Manage and execute promotional calendars (weekly/monthly), including product launches, festive campaigns, and special promotions.
Handle vendor and partner management (agencies, printers, event teams, media partners) ensuring cost efficiency, quality, and timely delivery.
Drive customer engagement & retention initiatives through community marketing, referrals, in-store experiences, and digital/local marketing channels.
Analyze sales, footfall, and campaign performance data to optimize marketing effectiveness and improve ROI.
Requirements
Prior Experience in Retail Marketing / Grocery or FMCG Marketing / Trade Marketing
Graduation in any stream but MBA Preferred
