Who Are We Looking For
The Floorplan Audit Admin reports directly to the Manager, Floorplan Portfolio and supports the Customer Service of Floorplan Portfolio Division in adherence to ACV Capital's Audit Policy. The Floorplan Audit Admin will partner with VCIs and third party auditors to provide process expectations to ensure adherence to ACV Capital policies. The Floorplan Audit Admin possesses strong communication skills and collaborates with a variety of departments and cross-functional teams within the organization.
What You Will Do
- Deliver a strong customer service experience to internal and external customers throughout the audit process
- Engage with third parties/customers in both outbound and inbound communication efforts
- Review physical results of asset verification audits
- Close audits as applicable to audit policy
- Review audit findings
- Review individual physical auditor performance in the completion of audits and adherence to the Audit Policy.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
What You Will Need
- 2 Year / Associate Degree - Business, Finance, or Accounting Preferred
- 1 year related experience
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
- Working knowledge in various inventory finance software programs is preferred.
- Experience using a CRM software (preferably Salesforce).
- Experience in Risk & Loss mitigation is preferred.
- Prior work experience in the Auto Financial Service industry is preferred.
