Job Description

How can you make an Impact

As a part of project sales team, you will play a key role in ensuring timely resale rental closures for the assigned project while delivering a seamless and trustworthy customer experience.

Act as a trusted advisor by providing accurate and timely information on pricing, specifications, delivery timelines and project details.

Conduct site visits and proactively respond to customer enquiries via calls and emails within defined timelines.

Coordinate closely with back-office, legal accounts team to ensure smooth documentation and quick resolution of customer queries.

Drive payment follow-ups and collections, ensuring adherence to agreed schedules.

Build nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing customers to generate referrals and meet sales targets.

Ensure accurate and regular updates on Salesforce for all customer interactions transactions.

What are we looking for

A driven, self-motivated sales professional with 3-8 yrs of work experience (real estate background preferred)

Excellent communication skills in English Hindi.

High levels of integrity, energy ownership.

A passion for adding value, creating impact and delivering customer delight.

A result-oriented mindset, someone who measures success by happy customers and consistent performance.
