Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Telesales Specialist, based in Chennai. The Telesales Specialist will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, presenting our automation solutions, and closing sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include making outbound calls, addressing customer queries, providing exceptional customer service, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves maintaining customer databases, offering product training to clients when needed, and contributing to continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Support to provide a positive client experience and resolve queries efficiently.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey value propositions and build relationships with customers.
- Proven Sales experience and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Capability to deliver product Training and demonstrations to clients to enhance product understanding.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to manage client interactions and follow up on leads effectively.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field is preferred.
- Previous experience in the automation or robotics industry is a plus but not mandatory.
