Role Description

We are seeking a skilled Fit Out Draftsman specializing in joinery shop drawings for a full-time position. The primary responsibilities include creating accurate and detailed shop drawings for joinery and interior fit-out projects, collaborating with the design and engineering teams, and ensuring adherence to client specifications. The role requires efficient coordination with production teams to ensure feasibility and quality standards. This is an on-site role located in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in CAD software and expertise in creating detailed joinery shop drawings
• Ability to understand and interpret architectural and engineering designs
• Experience in material selection, technical detailing, and preparation of accurate Bill of Materials (BoM)
• Strong knowledge of craftsmanship standards, production processes, and finishing details for fit-outs
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to coordinate with design and production teams
• Minimum educational qualification: Diploma or degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Previous experience in joinery or interior fit-out projects is highly advantageous
