- Content for Online & Offline Channels: Develop and oversee creatives for e-commerce, social media, paid ads, emailers, in-store displays, packaging, and more.
- Trend Awareness: Keep a pulse on fashion, jewellery, content, and social media trends, as well as competitor strategies, to ensure fresh and relevant output.
- Idea Generation: Lead brainstorming sessions to inspire innovative campaign and content ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with brand, social media, marketing, and studio teams for unified creative execution.
- Quality Control: Review and approve all creative work—design copy and content —ensuring brand alignment and platform optimization.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee timelines, workloads, and workflows to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
- People Management: Mentor, motivate, and upskill a team of creative professionals, fostering both visual and written communication skills.
- External Coordination: Manage relationships with creative agencies, freelancers, and production partners when required.
Candidate Profile
- Graduation in Design, Visual Communication, Fashion Communication, or similar.

- Strong understanding of social media creative formats, content marketing, and campaigns.
- Expertise in both digital and print design, with knowledge of production processes for each.
- Strong understanding of brand tone and copy alignment, with the ability to guide effective messaging.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to think strategically while remaining hands-on in guiding execution.
- Experience managing high-volume creative operations.
Bonus: Knowledge of photography (product/model) and post-production workflows.
