Fire Protection Specialist – Business Development & Project Coordination

In the fire protection field, SolutionMall already supports multiple related product categories and solution resources, including fire extinguishers, miniature fire stations, emergency exit lights, emergency alarms, and fire extinguishing cabinets. This makes the role broader than a traditional single-product fire sales position and more suitable for solution coordination and regional business development.

2) Role Overview

We are recruiting a Fire Protection Specialist – Business Development & Project Coordination for the Indiamarket.

This is a part-time, cooperative role, not a conventional full-time office position. We are looking for a practical local partner who can work with SolutionMall on a flexible basis to support business development, customer follow-up, project opportunity tracking, technical communication, and regional coordination.

The role is designed for someone who is not only familiar with fire protection or related emergency solution products, but who can also help develop customer relationships, identify project opportunities, coordinate with local stakeholders, and support the progress of real business opportunities.

3) Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Market Expansion

  • Develop potential customer resources in the India market for fire protection, fire safety, and related emergency solution opportunities
  • Support SolutionMall in market promotion, business negotiation, customer development, and project opportunity tracking
  • Identify local project leads, potential partners, distributors, contractors, and channel resources
  • Help convert market opportunities into verified RFQ opportunities and real project discussions

This matches the cooperation direction already defined in SolutionMall's partner framework, where local partners are expected to support market promotion, customer development, business negotiation, and project opportunity tracking in their assigned region.

Customer Coordination & Opportunity Follow-Up

  • Maintain close communication with potential customers and project stakeholders
  • Follow up on customer requirements, project background, and purchasing intentions
  • Assist in collecting project information, basic requirements, and opportunity details for internal review
  • Support ongoing communication between local customers and SolutionMall business teams

Technical Communication & Solution Alignment

  • Understand the basic technical positioning of fire protection and emergency-related products
  • Support communication on product categories such as:
  • fire extinguishers
  • miniature fire stations
  • emergency exit lights
  • emergency alarms
  • fire extinguishing cabinets
  • Help align customer needs with available product categories, solution directions, and technical materials
  • Coordinate with SolutionMall teams to support basic product explanation, requirement clarification, and solution matching

The scope is intentionally written this way because SolutionMall's fire protection suite already groups these categories together under one product and resource system, supported by both technical resources and sales playbooks.

Project Coordination & Delivery Support

  • Support follow-up of project opportunities from initial communication to later-stage order docking and delivery coordination
  • Assist in tracking the status of quotations, RFQs, customer feedback, and next-step actions
  • Coordinate with SolutionMall teams on project verification, order docking, and subsequent business follow-up
  • Help maintain visibility on opportunity progress and local execution conditions

This also reflects the current cooperation logic in SolutionMall's agreement framework, where local partners are expected to report market progress, customer feedback, RFQ conversion, and cooperate on project verification and order docking.

Partner, Channel & Market Feedback

  • Build and maintain relationships with local customers, contractors, traders, distributors, and channel partners
  • Share market feedback on pricing, competitor activity, customer preferences, local delivery conditions, and project patterns
  • Help SolutionMall improve its regional understanding and business expansion strategy in India
  • Provide practical local insights that support both business growth and project follow-up

4) Qualifications

Required

  • 2+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
  • fire protection products
  • fire safety systems
  • emergency-related equipment
  • project sales or business development
  • technical coordination for infrastructure or safety-related products
  • Ability to support customer development, opportunity follow-up, and local coordination
  • Basic technical understanding of fire protection or related emergency solution products
  • Good communication skills in both commercial and technical discussions
  • Ability to work in a flexible, part-time, cooperation-based role
  • Working proficiency in English

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in local market development, customer visits, or project opportunity tracking in India
  • Familiarity with product categories such as extinguishers, emergency lighting, alarms, cabinets, or related supporting products
  • Experience working with local contractors, distributors, channel partners, or project-based customers
  • Ability to support both business expansion and practical project follow-up
  • Hindi or other Indian regional languages are a strong advantage

5) Coverage

This role focuses on India and supports local market development and project opportunity follow-up related to:

  • fire protection products
  • fire safety solutions

  • related project and supply opportunities

Depending on project and market needs, the selected candidate may support customer communication, project coordination, and business expansion in different regions of India.

6) Work Model

This is a part-time role and should be understood as a cooperative working model, rather than a traditional full-time employee-only position.
