RK Group, in collaboration with a leading marketplace, is setting up a new e-commerce venture focused on electronics (mobiles) and fashion. We are looking for a hands-on finance leader to drive execution excellence during the initial phase of this venture.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end finance operations and controllership (AP, AR, GL, inventory, revenue recognition)
- Hands-on GST execution including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and 2B vs Books reconciliation
- GST on returns, credit notes, and debit notes; vendor GST follow-ups
- Marketplace reconciliations covering collections, claims, deductions, and settlements as per SLA
- Returns / RTV and debit-credit note accounting
- Inventory and stock reconciliations; working capital control
- Month-end closure, accurate books, and audit-ready financial statements
- Handling statutory, tax, and internal audits
- Strict SOP adherence and compliance discipline
Who Should Apply
- Chartered Accountant qualified in 2008 with 1218 years of experience
- Minimum 2 years in an e-commerce, trading, or retail environment
- Strong exposure to GST execution, reconciliations, inventory, and marketplace operations
- Comfortable with hands-on, detail-oriented, repetitive execution work
- Ownership-driven and low-ego working style
Role Focus
This is a high-ownership, execution-heavy role.
It is not a strategy, FP&A, business finance, or advisory position.
