Job Description – Finance Manager
Role Summary
The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the organization's financial operations, ensuring financial accuracy, regulatory compliance, effective cash flow management, and supporting strategic business decisions. The role requires strong expertise in financial management, accounting processes, taxation, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities
· Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
· Perform monthly intercompany and brand reconciliations.
· Review commercial agreements and support internal/external audits.
· Coordinate tax compliance activities and liaise with tax authorities and consultants.
· Ensure timely month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
· Monitor financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
· Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes.
· Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen financial controls and operational efficiency.
