Business Finance Manager

In-tech, an Infosys Company is seeking for a Business Finance, Manager with strong experience in Financial consolidation processes to support global financial reporting and performance management.

Job location: Hybrid working

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end financial consolidation
• Manage SAP Group Reporting (S/4HANA) including data collection, validation, and consolidation
• Ensure accuracy of group financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Drive close process timelines and improve reporting efficiency
• Support audit, compliance, and statutory reporting
• Collaborate with FP&A, controllership, and business finance teams
• Work on process improvements and automation within consolidation cycle

Required Skills:

• Qualified CA with 5+ years post qualification
• Hands-on experience in SAP Group Reporting
• Strong knowledge of IFRS/Ind AS and consolidation principles
• Experience in R2R / financial reporting / group accounting

Good to Have

• Exposure to global/multi-entity consolidation
• Experience in Big4 / consulting / shared services setup
• Process transformation / automation exposure
