Job Role : Finance Manager

Experience : 5+ Years

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee financial strategy, compliance, and operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Indian regulatory compliance (GST, TDS, ROC), financial reporting, and leadership in the IT services industry. This role requires collaboration with the CEO, CFO, and operational teams to drive financial health and scalability.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Provide actionable insights to the CEO/CFO for decision-making.
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.

Compliance & Regulatory Management

  • Ensure adherence to Indian statutory requirements (GST, TDS, ROC filings).
  • Oversee audits (internal/external) and liaise with auditors.
  • Manage US payroll compliance (W-2, 1099 contracts) if applicable.

Financial Operations & Reporting

  • Supervise monthly/quarterly financial statements and management reports.
  • Optimize cash flow, working capital, and cost efficiency.
  • Implement robust internal controls and risk management practices.

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Lead the finance team, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in deliverables.
  • Partner with operations, legal, and tax teams for seamless compliance.
  • Communicate financial performance to executives and board members.

Mandatory Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • CA (Chartered Accountant) with 5+ years as a Finance Manageror
  • Commerce Graduate/CA Inter with 5+ years of experience, including 3+ years in a Finance Manager role.
  • Industry Requirement: Minimum 3 years in the IT services sector (e.g., TRUGlobal-like companies).

Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in Indian compliance (GST, TDS, ROC, audits).
  • Proficiency in financial reporting and management accounting.
  • Strong communication skills (for CEO/CFO/stakeholder interactions).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to US payroll compliance (W-2, 1099) and QuickBooks.
  • Experience running payroll processes.
  • Familiarity with other accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP).

Behavioral Competencies
