About the Role:

We are looking for a Manager – Business Finance to partner with business leaders in driving financial performance, planning, and strategic decision-making. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, commercial acumen, and the ability to translate financial insights into business actions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze actuals against budgets and forecasts, highlighting key variances.
• Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports, including P&L and variance analysis.
• Provide timely financial insights and commercial analysis to support business decisions.
• Develop financial models, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor business performance.
• Partner with senior management on long-term financial planning and business strategy.
• Identify business challenges and recommend financial and operational solutions.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and reporting standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills:

• CA or MBA in Finance (from a premier institute).
• 4–8 years of post-qualification experience in Business Finance/FP&A within large or mid-sized organizations.
• Strong experience in financial analysis, MIS reporting, budgeting, and business partnering.
• Hands-on experience with SAP is mandatory.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
