Our client is seeking a driven and analytical Finance Manager to partner with brand teams and play a key role in financial planning, performance tracking, and governance of brand P&L. This role is critical in ensuring financial health, maintaining discipline, and delivering data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes for assigned brands
• Track brand performance against plans, delivering detailed variance analysis and actionable insights
• Evaluate marketing and business investments through ROI analysis and performance monitoring
• Conduct market analysis, including pricing benchmarks and competitive insights
• Identify opportunities to improve financial processes, enhance efficiency, and eliminate non-value-adding activities
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align on financial goals and business strategies
• Partner with regional and supply chain finance teams to gather, analyze, and deliver financial data and forecasts

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CA preferred)
• 7–10 years of experience in Business Finance, Commercial Finance, or FP&A
• Prior experience in FMCG or consumer goods industry, with exposure to marketing or category finance
