Role Overview:
We are hiring a Manager Finance & Accounts with strong experience in project-based finance within EPC or infrastructure environments. The role focuses on project budgeting, profitability tracking, working capital management, and financial control of large-scale projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor project budgets aligned with contractual milestones
- Define and manage WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) for financial tracking
- Track project-wise Gross Margin (GM) and IRR
- Perform variance analysis and cost control
- Manage vendor payments and account reconciliations
- Monitor receivables and drive collections to reduce DSO
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial MIS reports
- Manage working capital and project cash flow planning
- Coordinate with banks/financial institutions for funding requirements
- Required Skills & Experience:
- CA with 58 years of relevant experience
- Strong exposure to project accounting in EPC/project-based industry
- Experience handling large-scale project financials (500+ crore preferred)
- Strong financial modelling and cost control expertise
- Proficiency in SAP/Oracle ERP and advanced Excel
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
