Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Bengaluru. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing books of accounts, support in fund raising and due deligince activities, implement IFC, ensure compliances with INDAS, Companies act etc., and contributing to strategic decision-making. Key tasks include preparing and analyzing financial reports, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, managing cash flow, and providing insights for business growth. The Finance Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, accounting principles, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Microsoft Excel and accounting software
- Effective communication and leadership skills for working with cross-functional teams and senior leaders
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail
- Chartered Accountant with maximum 2 attempts
- Previous experience in financial management or a similar role preferred
- Familiarity with the healthcare or diagnostics industry is an advantage
