Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Finance Manager based in Bengaluru South. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes while analyzing financial performance and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Responsibilities also include cash flow management, preparing financial reports, advising on cost efficiency strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial planning with organizational goals.

• Expertise in budgeting, financial planning, and forecasting
• Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and performance evaluation
• Knowledge of compliance with regulatory standards, tax laws, and audit procedures
• Strong understanding of cash flow management and cost efficiency strategies
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail
• Ability to effectively lead and collaborate within cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in relevant financial software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; an advanced degree or professional qualification like CA, CPA, or CFA is a plus
