Finance Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning and analysis, budget preparation, and adherence to financial regulations. Responsibilities include managing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, identifying opportunities for financial growth, and collaborating with teams to achieve strategic goals. The Finance Manager will also be responsible for reporting financial performance to stakeholders and ensuring operational efficiency within the finance department.

• Proficiency in financial accounting, budget planning, and financial reporting
• Knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and auditing practices
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in data-driven decision-making
• Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Experience with ERP systems and financial software tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (Master's degree or professional certifications like CPA/CFA are a plus)
• Prior experience in finance management, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
