Finance Manager – CMA Data Preparation & Banking Coordination

Prepare CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) data for banks and financial institutions.

Manage fundraising processes and coordinate with bankers, NBFCs, and financial institutions for funding.

Review loan documentation and ensure compliance with pre-commitment and pre-disbursement conditions.

Conduct due diligence for project appraisal and entity appraisal.

Liaise with multiple teams to compile financial data.

Handle multiple projects related to project funding.

Manage banking products such as term loans, cash credit, bank guarantees, construction finance, and loan against property/acquisition.

Build financial models, perform business projections, forecasts, and financial analysis.

Monitor fund flow, ensuring proper allocation and discipline in payment terms.

Coordinate with purchase and other departments for advance payments and statutory dues.

Prepare and monitor budgeted vs actual fund flows; maintain creditors and debtors aging reports.

Maintain cash flow statements monthly and coordinate with auditors for financial data.

Oversee investments including RD, FD, MF, etc.
