This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Manager located in Mumbai. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis. The role involves managing financial records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and developing financial strategies to support the company's growth. The Finance Manager will work closely with senior management to make informed financial decisions and will be responsible for leading and mentoring the finance team.

• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Forecasting
• Experience with Financial Analysis and Strategy Development
• Strong knowledge of Regulatory Compliance and Taxation
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Advanced skills in using financial software and tools
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
• Professional qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred
• Experience in logistics or cold chain industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
