Finance Manager

One of our client is looking for a Finance Manager for Bangalore Location.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Budgeting

· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for projects and business operations

· Assist in financial forecasting and monitor project-wise financial performance

· Support management with financial analysis and business planning activities

Accounts & Cash Flow Management

· Monitor daily financial transactions, receivables, payables and cash flow

· Ensure timely collection follow-ups and maintain healthy financial operations

· Coordinate with banks for routine financial activities and documentation

Project Finance & Fundraising Support

· Assist in handling project loans, banking processes, and financial documentation

· Support fundraising activities and maintain relationships with financial institutions

· Coordinate for loan processing, approvals, and disbursement tracking

Taxation & Compliance

· Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, statutory filings, and other financial regulations

· Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and external agencies during audits and assessments

· Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documents

MIS & Reporting

• Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports regularly
• Track budgets versus actual expenses and highlight financial variances
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management for decision-making

Requirements:

· MBA in Finance

· Strong background in real estate finance, with 5 to 10 years of domain-specific experience

· Expertise in fundraising, project loans, and investment management

· Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

· Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP, and accounting software

· Team handling and coordination skills

· Basic understanding of fundraising and investment planning processes
