Finance Manager

We are looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to lead financial operations, compliance, and reporting, while supporting business planning and decision-making.

Reporting to: Finance Controller

Key Responsibilities:

Periodical accounts closing, accounts finalization, prepare financial statements and management reports

Coordinate and support statutory audit and tax audit processes, ensuring timely closure

Handle payroll disbursement and manage treasury & working capital

Ensure compliance with Corporate Tax, TDS, GST, Transfer Pricing, RBI, MSME, LEI matters

Handle Corporate law and secretarial matters

Drive business planning, forecast and financial analysis

Draft/review commercial agreements and contracts

Develop SOPs and strengthen internal financial controls

Lead and manage finance team

Skillsets:

Advance proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint

Hands on experience with Zoho Books

Prior experience in an MNC environment preferred
