Job Description of Finance Manager
1.Budget Management & Cost Tracking
- Prepare and analyze weekly MIS reports to deliver actionable insights into business operations.
- Develop performance summary reports to support the achievement of business objectives.
- Create profitability statements and customer-specific margin reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Drive operational excellence by enhancing profitability through cost reduction, controlling marketing expenditures, and improving margins.
- Optimize cash flow.
2. Investment Planning
- Support investment planning through P&L analysis and accounts receivable aging reports.
- Monitor and review expenditures against budget, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to manage costs effectively.

- Prepare detailed financial reports, analyses, and presentations for senior leadership, including cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
3. Compliance and Auditing:
- Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate financial audits and address any identified issues.
- Together with the production companies, maintain accurate and organized financial records for audit purposes.
4. Team Collaboration and Communication:
- Collaborate closely with production, creative, post, Growth Head & legal teams, department heads, and senior management to align financial goals and objectives.
- Communicate financial information, insights, and recommendations clearly and effectively to senior leadership and stakeholders at various levels.
