Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Finance Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The candidate will oversee and manage financial planning, analysis, and reporting, optimize budgets and forecasts, and ensure regulatory compliance. Responsibilities also include leading financial audits, managing financial risks, and providing strategic financial guidance to support business growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Must be a Qualified CA with atleast 12 years of corporate experience
• Strong expertise in Financial Planning, Analysis, and Budgeting.
• Proficiency in Financial Reporting, Forecasting, Strategic and Financial Management.
• Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance, Risk Management, and Financial Auditing
• Experience with Accounting Systems, Cost Management, and Resource Allocation
• Excellent leadership Qualities , problem-solving ability, and decision-making skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA, CFA or equivalent certification preferred)
• Experience in the real estate or construction industry is an advantage
